WE'RE BRINGING THE BELOVED TRADITION OF PINTXOS ON THE PATIO TO THE ALDEN!

Pintxos, which are authentic Spanish tapas enjoyed in the Basque region of Spain, were one of Chef Jared’s favorite ways to start the evening when he was living in San Sebastian and cooking at the three Michelin starred Restaurant Arzak.

Sharing this culinary delight with his guests, Chef Jared and his Culinary Team are creating three authentic Pintxos and serving them on the patio at The Alden each evening. 

Two of the three Pintxos will change, but the Jamon Iberico from Montanera in the Dehesa, the finest Jamon Iberico in the world, will always be featured. The three Pintxos are $20.

Our Sommelier, Nicole Alvarez, will be selecting a White Wine and Red Wine that each pair perfectly with that week’s Pintxos. Enjoy your choice of either our select White and Red Wine, along with the three Pintxos, for $30.
