This class will explore how to use the wonderful, fresh ingredients that you find at the farmer’s market beyond the basics.

Chef Jared will showcase wonderful dishes that utilize fresh local ingredients like Georgia peaches, arugula, peppers, plums and yuzu. He will explore seasonality and how to select the best produce at the market.

This will all be demonstrated through a 3 Course Menu prepared by Chef Jared. Guests will then enjoy each of these wonderful dishes.
