Our Multi-Course Chef’s Tasting Menu is a cohesive multicourse experience that will be guided by Chef Jared and our talented team.

Our Chef’s Tasting menu is $175 excluding tax and gratuity. There is an optional wine pairing that can be added for $115.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?

Yes, we do!  We ask that you provide specific details of any restrictions/allergies in your party when you make your reservation which will allow our team to prepare accordingly.

What about dietary preferences?

Our menu is meant to be enjoyed as the Chefs thoughtfully created it.  We do our best to accommodate dietary preferences but cannot guarantee given the amount of preparation and complexities of the menu.

What time are reservations for the tasting?

We have two seatings for the tasting on Wednesday-Sunday.

Friday & Saturday tasting times are 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM.

Every other day seatings take place at 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

What happens if I’m running late for my tasting?

Please call to let our host know that you are running late. Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in missing part of your experience.

What kind of food is this?

Our cuisine revolves around the ebb and flow of the seasons and everyday inspirations but is ultimately rooted in traditional ideals and techniques of different cultures from around the world.  We source the freshest local and regional ingredients and prepare them with the upmost care.

While there is no all-encompassing word to describe the experience, the best term is ‘New American.’
