Get ready to gather around the Chef’s Counter as Chef Jared demystifies how to expertly prepare an array of fabulous seafood. Learn how to select and prepare your seafood with the utmost care – from Shellfish to Flat fish to Round fish.

In this class, we will demonstrate how to clean, filet and cook your seafood using different methods and techniques. This will all be demonstrated through a 4-Course Menu prepared by Chef Jared. Guests will then be served each of these wonderful dishes.

Chef Jared wants this to be an intimate experience and as such is limiting this class to 10 participants. We suggest securing your reservations as soon as possible.
