Jonathan Mattson is a longtime Atlanta food and beverage professional with a passion for food, wine, spirits, and beer.

Jon is a Certified Specialist of Wine with the Society of Wine Educators and an Introductory Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. His expertise has led him to be chosen as a Wine Judge for the Georgia Trustees Wine Challenge and to be a wine judge at the ECRM Global Wine, Beer & Spirits Grand Tasting. He is an active member of the Atlanta Chapter of the United States Bartenders Guild and has received an award from the El Consejo Regulador Del Tequila as a tequila expert. Jon’s experience with wine pairing dinners and spirits tastings here and around the world has set him apart in the industry.

Jon has experience from award-winning restaurants, including Sugo Restaurant & Tapas, Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse, Dolce Group, Vingenzo’s Cucina Napoletano, Zola, Varuni Napoli at Krog Street Market and Barnsley Resort.
